Terms of Service.

1. The service

Jack In (a DevNines product) compiles NuGet packages into version-aware skills for AI coding agents, keeps them updated as new versions release, and mirrors them to GitHub and the web. Skills are served publicly; the subscription pays for their creation and continuous maintenance.

2. Accounts

You need an account to register packages. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us at info@jackin.dev if you think your account has been compromised. You must have the right to register the packages you submit.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Each registered package is a separate subscription of $5.00 USD per month, billed by Stripe. Cancel anytime from your dashboard ("Manage billing") — cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. One GitHub repository link per package; the link can be changed once.

4. Refunds

If Jack In didn't work out, email info@jackin.dev within 14 days of your first charge for a package and we'll refund it. Renewals are not refunded — cancel before the period rolls over instead.

5. Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no registering packages you don't control, no attempting to disrupt the platform, no reselling access to the compiled skills as your own service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Warranty & liability

The service is provided as is. Skills are generated from your package's public API surface and we work to keep them accurate, but we don't warrant they are error-free, and we are not liable for what AI agents do with them. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes & law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: info@jackin.dev.
